Port Ludlow, WA
In Port Ludlow, WA, we transformed a kitchen with stunning Dekton Laurent and Rem countertops and full-height backsplashes. This project included a seating area and a dining table with metal support.

The Port Ludlow kitchen Dekton Laurent Rem project presented several challenges due to the intricate layout and the client’s vision for seamless vein matching across the countertops and backsplash. The use of Dekton Laurent and Dekton Rem, with their distinctive veining patterns, required detailed planning to maintain visual continuity across all surfaces.
Multiple cutouts for the sink, cooktop, and downdraft increased fabrication complexity. Precise alignment between the backsplash and island surfaces was also essential to achieve a consistent installation.
The existing kitchen layout required demolition and site preparation to accommodate the new countertops, backsplash, and supporting elements.
The dining table installation introduced an additional structural requirement. A custom metal substructure was integrated to support the Dekton surface while maintaining a clean appearance suited to the open-plan design common in Port Ludlow and Puget Sound homes.

For the Port Ludlow kitchen countertops project, our team used digital laser templating to capture the space with precision. This process was essential for planning the layout of the Dekton Laurent and Dekton Rem slabs.
The technology helped align veining across the kitchen countertops and full-height backsplash, supporting a consistent appearance throughout the installation.
CNC Fabrication & Precision Work
The Dekton countertops were fabricated in our Kirkland facility using CNC technology. Precision fabrication allowed accurate execution of sink, cooktop, and downdraft cutouts.
This process also supported the mitered waterfall edge details and ensured the kitchen countertops were produced to exact specifications for installation.
Custom Dining Table Support
The Port Ludlow dining table required additional structural support for the Dekton surface.
A custom metal substructure was engineered to provide stability while maintaining the clean aesthetic of the contemporary kitchen design. Coordination between the design and fabrication teams ensured the support system remained functional and visually discreet.
