Handling large porcelain panels was another technical hurdle. Each slab had to be maneuvered into place within the tight confines of the bathroom, necessitating careful coordination and expertise to avoid damage. The client's desire for minimal seams meant our team had to plan meticulously to align seams with the grout lines, creating a visually pleasing and cohesive appearance.
Furthermore, the integration of a TopZero undermount sink into the vanity added another layer of complexity. The sink's placement had to be exact, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and practical use, while maintaining the integrity of the porcelain surface.

Our approach began with STONEEX digital laser templating, which allowed us to capture the exact dimensions of the bathroom, ensuring the porcelain slabs would fit perfectly. This precision was crucial for aligning seams with the grout lines and ensuring a seamless flow across the shower walls and floor.
In our Kirkland facility, we utilized CNC fabrication to cut the Porcelain Calacatta Luca slabs with the utmost accuracy.
