The Seattle kitchen project presented unique challenges, owing to its contemporary design involving a high backsplash and a flash-mounted cooktop. The client desired a seamless look, particularly around the cooktop and sink area, necessitating precision in templating and fabrication. The kitchen's layout also included several angular turns and a high backsplash, requiring meticulous measurement to ensure flawless fit and alignment.
Additionally, the integration of a TopZero sink demanded careful consideration of the countertop's thickness and edge profile to achieve a sleek, flush finish. The presence of premium appliances like the Wolf coffee maker and flash-mounted cooktop added layers of complexity to the installation, requiring precise cutouts and alignment.
The urban Seattle environment posed logistical challenges, particularly in transporting the sintered stone slabs to the site without damage. The narrow streets and high-traffic areas demanded careful planning and coordination to ensure timely and safe delivery.

Our Kirkland facility's CNC fabrication capabilities were critical in executing the precise cuts needed for the flash-mounted cooktop and TopZero sink integration. The CNC machine allowed for clean, exact cuts, ensuring that the Dekton Domoo's intricate veining patterns aligned seamlessly across the various surfaces.
Special attention was given to the eased polished edge profile, a key aesthetic feature requested by the client. Our skilled fabricators meticulously crafted these edges, enhancing the contemporary feel of the kitchen while maintaining structural integrity.
