Discover a sleek and modern kitchen transformation in Seattle, featuring Dekton Laos countertops and a Lapitec kitchen island. This contemporary kitchen showcases the perfect blend of style and functionality with stone-wrapped elements and Fenix cabinets.

This project in Seattle demanded meticulous planning due to the integration of diverse materials like Dekton and Lapitec. Handling these sintered stones required careful consideration of weight and fragility during transportation and installation. The design also called for a seamless appearance, which meant precise alignment and cutting were crucial.
In addition to material handling, the layout of the kitchen posed challenges. The kitchen's contemporary design included a large island with an integrated induction cooktop, requiring precise cutouts and secure mounting. The client desired a stone-wrapped hood, adding another layer of complexity to the installation.
Moreover, coordinating the installation with existing Fenix cabinets required precision to maintain the sleek, modern aesthetic. Ensuring that the Dekton Laos countertops and Lapitec drawer fronts seamlessly integrated with these elements was critical to achieving the desired outcome.

Our team began by utilizing the STONEEX digital laser scan to ensure accurate templating of the space. This technology allowed us to capture precise measurements, essential for the complex layout and material coordination required in this Seattle kitchen.
In the fabrication phase, we employed advanced CNC machinery at our Kirkland facility to execute the precision cutting and edge work necessary for the Dekton Laos and Lapitec materials. The mitered waterfall edges and the stone-wrapped hood were fabricated with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a flawless finish.
Seam placement was strategically planned to minimize visibility, particularly around the sink and cooktop areas, enhancing the kitchen's seamless appearance. Our team worked closely with the client to ensure that the integration with the Fenix cabinets was perfect, delivering a cohesive and contemporary look.

The completed kitchen in Seattle is a testament to modern design and functional elegance. The combination of Dekton countertops and a Lapitec island with an integrated induction cooktop has transformed the space into a sleek culinary haven.
The seamless integration of materials and the precision of the installation have delivered a kitchen that not only meets but exceeds the client's expectations. The stone-wrapped hood is a striking focal point, while the Lapitec drawer fronts add a cohesive, modern touch.
The client expressed immense satisfaction with both the aesthetic and functional outcomes of the project. This contemporary kitchen now serves as a stylish and practical space, perfect for both everyday use and entertaining guests.
