Integrating Sleek Porcelain with Precision
The challenge was to incorporate the ultra-thin 12mm Porcelanosa XTONE into the kitchen design while ensuring the durability and consistency of the countertop. Porcelain's thin profile can present issues with support and installation, especially in high-use areas like kitchens. Additionally, achieving a seamless and contemporary aesthetic with the mitered edges required meticulous attention to detail and precision in fabrication.
Precise Execution with Advanced Techniques
To tackle these challenges, we employed our STONEEX digital laser scanning technology, which allowed us to capture exact dimensions and ensure a perfect fit. Our in-house CNC fabrication process in Kirkland ensured that each cut was precise, especially crucial given the delicate nature of the 12mm porcelain. The mitered edge was crafted with exacting detail to provide a seamless transition that enhanced the kitchen's contemporary design. Our team worked closely with the homeowners to ensure that the integration of the TopZero sink was flawless, maintaining the clean, uninterrupted lines that the design demanded.
